Prostaglandins Inhibitors and Vitamins

1. Vitamin A
This is unknown that prostaglandin inhibitors cause the deficiency of vitamin A but women with heavy flow due to endometrial implants and adhesion normally have low level of vitamin A, causing damage of epithelial tissue, weaken immune system and increase tension of nervous system. Intake of beta carotene from plants is the best choice.

2. Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin B complex are water soluble containing variety of B vitamins, each of them have it unique properties and its chemical is not related to each other but acts inter related as a group. Study shows that women taking

5. Folic acid
